Refund Policy – Silk & Serum

At Silk & Serum, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened skincare products, used items, and final sale products cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
